TWO BCSHS VISUAL ARTS STUDENTS AMONG TOP 10 WINNERS IN ADVOCACY PAINTING CONTEST
Two Visual Arts students from the Arts and Design Department of Baybay City Senior High School made it to the top 10 during the Advocacy Painting Contest on Anti-human Trafficking for Women and Children by DepEd School-on-the-Air (SOA) Graduates, an international advocacy painting contest, which was announced via ZOOM on the 22nd of July 2022.
Jake Celedonio got the Top 5th Place while Donalyn Taotao claimed the Top 9th Place, and both were coached by Dazzilyn Palermo-Montes and Runy Jade Babagay, Visual Arts Specialist-slash-Teachers of A&DT-BCSHS.
The Top 10 Placers were judged and chosen from a total of 69 official entries submitted by both student and teacher participants from the DepEd Schools Divisions of Baybay City and Southern Leyte.
